Investigation 1

Crime Scene

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the body. In particular look at her face, chest (click on the tattoo to take a photograph) and legs. Click on the area on the right to see a crab with an item you need. Use your apple, cork, cigarettes and lighter to block 4 of the crab's holes, then use the twig to fish out the crab (put the long end of the fork into the hole). Drop the crab and pick up the earring.

Police Station

Collect the required items.

Crime Scene

Once again look at the victim's face, chest and legs. Now look at her right hand. Use the brush over the side of her hand, then use your roller on her fingertips.

Forensics Lab

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the computer screen. Click on the brown bottles and rearrange them into the correct order according to their labels. Once they are correct, back up. Now click on the first bottle, use the eyedropper to get a sample and drop it on the petri dish. Fill in the correct boxes on the computer screen according to the reaction you see. Repeat this with the other 4 bottles, then click the submit button.

Police Station

Look at the computer and select "Victim ID Report". First check the fingerprints in your inventory, then for a missing person record (female, Asian, 20's, black hair, brown eyes, 100-150lb, 5'3-5'5).

Investigation 2

Crime Scene

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the victim's legs, chest (take a photo of the markings on her chest) and face. Now look at the net next to her. Click the ropes from top to bottom to remove them, then remove the layer of netting and take the keys that are revealed.

Police Station

Collect the required items. Look at the computer and select "Victim ID Report". Enter the name "Jennie Kwong", and after reading the details, back out of the computer system.

Crime Scene

Look at the victim's head and chest again. Look at the legs, then look again with your magnifying glass. Take a sample with the sample bag, then leave.

Forensics Lab

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the computer screen. Rearrange the brown bottles and process the sample as previously. Repeat this process with the second sample to see they do not match.

Deadlines Coffee

Collect the required items, then click on the computer game. Enter the tokens to be able to guess letters to complete the word puzzle. Back out of the game.

Collect the required items.

Kwong Home Garden

Go through the gate into a garden maze. Close the gates to trap Mr Ang in the middle of the maze to get some information. Leave the maze and look at the rose bush next to the gate. Find 8 red bugs and put them all on to the orange leaf. Use the cotton swab from your inventory on the drop of blood to collect a sample.

Forensics Lab

Look at the computer screen. Rearrange the brown bottles and process the sample as previously.

Chronicle Office

Collect the required items from the list, then use the computer. Arrange all the microfiches into their correct locations - the rows are grouped by colors and the columns by themes. Once you have them all in place, enter Judge Kwong in the computer to get some details. Pick up the 1984 microfiche and use it on the reader below.

Investigation 4

Lin Kwong's Office

Collect the required items from the list. Look at the diary on the desk - turn back to see some pages missing, then use your pencil on the top of the left page and you will reveal a message. Next look at the box in the shelves beneath the desk - insert and rotate your circle puzzle pieces, then take the cuff links. Look in the cupboard on the right. Look at the small blood sample, then use your swab to retrieve it.

Lotus Flower Orphanage

Collect the required items from the list, then use your photo with the portrait on the back wall. Now look at the figurines on the left. Rearrange these figures so that the hand positions match - when you are correct a light will turn on. Look at the picture on the wall and you will take a photograph of it.

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the fax machine. Press the start button, then take the fax.

Lotus Flower Orphanage

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the noticeboard on the right, and look at the staff meeting entry. Next look at the telephone on the left and look at the name mentioned on it. Now look at the strange book on the right. Insert the 12 zodiac signs into the front of the book, matching related items (when you get one correct, you cannot move it again). Open the book and look at the pictures.

Pier 50 Shipping Wharf

Collect the required items from the list, then examine each aspect of the container. Use the hook operator on the right - insert your key and press the red button.

Investigation 6

Police Station

Collect the required items. Look at the computer and select "Look up phone number", then enter 5556720.

Dr Yao's Office

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the phone to collect 2 more numbers. Look at the appointment book to get another address.

Gow Cum Movie Theatre

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the matchbook on the right.

Police Station

Use the computer and look up two more phone numbers: 8854601 and then 8860148.

Wing Fong Restaurant

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the reservation book. Go to the last page and click on the entry mentioning Donald Wong. Click on the vent in the rear wall, then loosenit with your screwdriver and go through. Make your way up then to the far right to see through another vent into the red dragon area. Now work your way left and down to the other exit.

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the picture on the left. Next look at the piece of paper on the desk, and complete the jigsaw puzzle with the pieces of paper.

Lin Kwong's Office

Collect the required items.

Nob Hill Luxor Apartments

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the desk. Insert the colored bulbs into their correct positions, then pick up the key and use it to unlock the diary. Read the diary.

Qian Gai's Apartment

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the victim's face and chest.

Police Station

Collect the required items. Look at the computer and select "Victim ID Report", then enter the name "Qian Gai".

Qian Gai's Apartment

Look at the victim's face and legs, then look at his chest and look closely at the tattoo. Now back up and use the blacklight to look around the room - look at the desk and it will start glowing. Click on the desk for a close-up, then look at it again with the blacklight. When the green dots appear, use your swab to collect a sample.

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the fax machine. Press the start button, then take the fax.

Collect the required items from the list, then open the suitcase and look at its contents.

Collect the required items from the list, then look at the victim's face and chest. Next look at the photo on the floor and recreate it from the pieces.

Collect the required items from the list. Look in the rubbish bin, then use the bag from your inventory to collect a sample. Look at the books on the shelf at the back of the room. Look in the drawer on the right and move the blocks around to form a heart shape in the middle. Pick up the cufflinks, and the photo from inside the box.
