Chapter 1
New Arhus Chronicle
Take the letter knife from the file cabinet at the bottom right, then go out to the common area. Talk to Doug and Hillary. Take the darts from the dartboard. Search the desk and take the notepad, then open the desk drawer and take the adhesive tape from inside. Examine the wallet in your inventory and you will discover your driver's license and some money. Head outside by going right, then continue right to the subway (in the future you can just use the subway icon to travel).
Ambrose Foundation
Use your letter knife to cut open the cardboard box in the lobby. Look inside the box and you will take a food shelter ticket. Talk to the receptionist twice, then you will accompany Victor Ambrose into his office. Talk to him about everything. When he leaves, try to look at the fireplace and he will return. Talk to him about everything, and he will eventually sit down at his desk. Return to the lobby and leave.
New Arhus Chronicle
Head inside and use the answering machine on your desk - you will hear a message from Nick. Go back outside again.
Heisenberg Park
Look at the body to see it is Nick. Talk to the man in the bushes on the left - he will give you Nick's wallet. Examine this in your inventory to get a matchbook, blue dust packet, fake FBI badge and some money. Look at the matchbook to get a new address, then leave the area.
Last Chance Bar
Talk to the bum, then head down the steps. Knock on the door, but you don't know the password and will go back up to the street. Talk to the bum again, then give him your food shelter ticket. Go down the steps and knock on the door, giving the correct password and then some money.
Inside the bar, talk to the dart player and challenge him to a game, using your own darts. After the brief fight, Jessica will talk to you - don't go home with her. Leave the bar and you will be mugged.
Chapter 2
Jessica's Apartment
Talk to Jessica about everything, then climb out the window. Head to the subway.
New Arhus Chronicle
Go inside and open the green filing cabinet, then read the old article inside. Leave again.
New Arhus Police Department
Open the door and enter the station, then talk to the desk sergeant - ask to speak to Captain Barberelli. Go through to his office on the left. Examine the fax machine, then read the fax about the murder of Officer Rizzo. Use your adhesive tape on the shredded paper on the floor, then pick it up and read the taped note in your inventory. Exit the office and leave the station.
Murder Scene
Show your fake FBI badge to Officer Estrada, then enter the alleyway behind him. Talk to the forensics officer, then leave the scene.
Morgue
Open the door and enter the building. Look at the janitor's cart, then read the book sitting on it. Go back outside. Search through the trash on the left, then take the photograph and look at it in your inventory. Go back inside the morgue and give the photograph to the janitor. Talk to him, then when he returns you can go down the corridor to the right.
Talk to the mortician, and he will take you to see Officer Rizzo's body. After you automatically leave the room, head right again through the locker room doors. Look at the mortician's body, then pick up the UV goggles from the floor on the right. Go left to leave the room, then go through the next doors on the left to leave the building.

Head inside and look at your desk. Look at the wad of gum under the desk, then take the key - you will automatically head home to sleep.
Chapter 3
Tim's Apartment
Look at the vidphone on the table, then use it to talk to Jessica. Look at the newspaper and the pager on the table, then pick up the pager. Open the drawers beneath the kitchen sink, then look inside and take a plastic bag. Now open the left door and leave your apartment.
Murder Scene
Enter the alleyway and use your UV goggles on the chalk outline. Now use your plastic bag on the organic tissue you can see near the base of the wall. Look at the subway tokens in your inventory to see that you are running low. Leave the alleyway and continue left to the subway station. Use the ticket machine here to buy more subway tokens. Continue through the turnstile to the left.
New Arhus Police Department
Open the door and enter the station, then continue along the corridor into Barberelli's office. Talk to him about everything, then show him your taped up note. Exit the office and you can now go right into the forensic lab. There is nobody here, so use your pen and pad on the doorway, then use your adhesive tape on the doorway so the note doesn't blow away. Leave the lab and go back outside.
New Arhus Chronicle
Go inside and talk to Dave. Use the monitor on your desk, but you are still missing vital information, so you should leave the office again.
Last Chance Bar
Search the garbage can to find a pamphlet that will let you finish the article. Go down the steps and you will enter the bar. Talk to the drunk woman, who wants another drink. Next talk to the bartender and ask for an unopened bottle of beer.
New Arhus Chronicle
Head inside and use the monitor on your desk to finish the article. Leave the building and you will get a page from Jim.
New Arhus Police Department
Go inside and head right to the forensic lab. Talk to Jim about everything. Leave the station and you will get a page from Jessica.
Revolving Restaurant
Go inside and use the reservation computer on the right. Touch the screen and check for a reservation, then insert your driver's license into the slot on the right. Take the driver's license back, then exit the computer and use the elevator. Talk to the Maitre D, who will escort you to your table.
Once you are back in the lobby, try to use the elevator but the power has been cut off. Enter the security room on the right. Talk to the security guard, then untie her.
Chapter 4
New Arhus Police Department
Talk to Jim and you will follow him to the forensic lab. Pick up the report from the left and look at it, then talk to Jim again. Examine the monitor at the bottom right, then look at the shelves of bottles and take a bottle of acid. Talk to Jim again to learn about Primax Pharmaceuticals. Leave the lab and the station. Talk to the police officer outside.
Primax Pharmaceuticals
Talk to the repairman, who asks you to get his toolkit. Open the van and search the suit to get a maintenance ID. Pick up the toolkit, then give it to the repairman. Now open the glass doors and try to go inside. Show the maintenance ID to the security guard and you will end up in Mr Felden's office.
Look at the spool of wire on the floor, then examine it to get some wire-cutters. Look at the desk, then at the pyramid on the desk. Examine the pyramid and press the button inside it to reveal a safe on the wall. Look at this and enter the code FELDEN as if you were typing it on a phone (335336). Pull the handle down on the left and the safe will open. Look inside the safe. Look at the red book, then read it. Look at the envelope, then open it. Talk to JoeTV about everything, then leave the office and you will get another page from Jessica.
Jessica's Apartment
Talk to Jessica outside the apartment and you will automatically head inside. After seeing the body on the bed, you can leave again.
Noxytech Imports
Examine the small alarm on the wall. Use your hydrochloric acid on it, then look at the 4 wires. Use your wire-cutters to cut the 4 wires in this order: red, yellow, green, blue. Back out and talk to the man at the barrel. Give him your bottle of beer, then open the door and go inside.
Open the round biotech container on the right and take out a hypodermic injector. Now talk to the man in the white coat about everything, then leave the warehouse.
Psychiatric Hospital
Talk to the doctor, then take his lab coat. Search the lab coat in your inventory to find some keys and a diary, then read the diary (you will see the number 313). Use the keys on the basement door to the right, then go down into the basement. Look at the panel on the right, then open the panel and look at it more closely. Enter the code 313 and a nearby door will open. Go through the door.
Use the lab coat on yourself, then look at the books to the left and take a tranquilizer gun. Now open the doors to the laboratory and go through. Look at the laser beams and at JoeTV. Look at the tree, then take it to get a flowerpot. Use your letter knife on the red security box near the doorway. Next use your matchbook on the security box to melt the plastic tubes inside. Use your flowerpot on the puddle on the floor, then use the flowerpot again to short circuit the examination table. Now you can use your wire-cutters to free JoeTV.
Chapter 5
Psychiatric Hospital
Look at the doorway, then take the crowbar. Talk to the van driver about everything and you will automatically head to the final destination.
Revolving Restaurant
Pick up the rock from the top of the stairs, then enter the restaurant. Go through the door on the right into the security office. Look at the large monitor, then view the display on it. Look at the control panel on the left, then use your crowbar on it to pry off the cover. Next use your wire-cutters, then the lab coat on the control panel to get a wire. Head back out to the lobby.
Use the reservation computer and look at the gadget. Use your stone (rock) on the gadget. Next use the wire on the gadget, then fasten it with the adhesive tape. Try to leave through the doors on the left, then use the elevator to go up to the eating deck.
Use your crowbar on the podium, then push the podium and climb up to the archway. Look at the chandeliers to notice a hatch, then try to open it. Use your UV goggles on the hatch. Climb back down and return to the lobby. Use your crowbar on the elevator doors to prop them open. Use the reservation computer again and take back your wire from the gadget, then use the elevator again to go back up to the eating deck. Climb up to the archway and use the UV goggles on the hatch again. Now open the hatch and you will climb up to the roof.
Use your gun to shoot the goons, then use your wire-cutters on the emitters. Look at the cardboard box, then take a screwdriver from inside, before climbing down the central hub. Look at the grill, then use the screwdriver on each of the 4 screws. Remove the grill and you will climb through for the final confrontation.
