The Safe Place is a third-person adventure about self-sacrifice. The story ties in with a previous game by the same developer, Repentant. You play as Alexander, an engineer who was responsible for the death of a man through negligence. A young girl, Christina, agrees to keep silent about the death in exchange for Alexander's help with a problem of her own.
