From the Dark Past
Shake the mouse until you break free from your restraints. Go and pick up the phone, but there is no dial tone. Try to open the door, but it is locked. Examine other things in the room, then answer the phone when it rings again. Once the door starts shaking, quickly go and hide in the bottom left corner of the room. Wait for the man with the chainsaw to enter and leave again.
Leave the room and take the golden key from the statue on the right. Examine the book near the mirror to the left and choose to buy either Health or Stamina. During the game you will occasionally be faced with arcade challenges - you can complete these to earn more money, then come back to this book to upgrade your statistics.
Try to open the door at the far left, which is locked. Use your golden key to unlock it, then head into the study. Use the light switch just to the left of the door where you entered. Answer the phone when it rings again. Go and examine the turkey on the coffee table to the left, then grab the slingshot. Watch out for the mouse from now on, and click on it to get teeth (which you can use as slingshot ammunition). Leave the study again.
As you go right, you will meet your first slow enemies - you can either shoot them (ideally with head shots) or avoid them. Enter the elevator. All of the names of the floors are scrambled, and you can just press a button to go to another floor.
Mayhem
Examine the frozen arm in the pram. Return to the elevator.
Burzum
Head right and take a piece of red cloth from the wooden chair. Go into a small side room to the far left and take the iron from the ironing board. Return to the elevator.
Marduk
Go right and take the syringe from the table. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Examine the green book on the left, and note the shapes on the scrap of paper - count the number of lines required to draw each of the 4 shapes (random with each game). Return to the elevator.
Immortal
Enter the bedroom to the right. Examine the suitcase beneath the bed and enter a 4-digit code based on the shapes you just saw. Now search the suitcase to get a wrench. Use the piece of red cloth on the sewing machine on the bench. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Use your wrench on the bench vice, then take the red valve. Attach this to the bottom left pipe attached to the boiler. Shovel up to 3 lots of coal into the boiler - this will start a timer during which you will have warmth up to the Immortal level of the house. Return to the elevator.
Immortal
Go through the door on the left to enter the study again, and you will see a flashback.
Buried by Time and Dust
Answer the phone when it rings. Read the book in the shelves to the left, then sit down at the desk on the right. After the ink fades, stand up again and leave the room. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Heat up your old iron by holding it against the boiler. Return to the elevator.
Immortal
Enter the study on the left and sit down at the desk again. Use your burning iron on the paper. Read the maths puzzle (random with each game). Stand up and leave the study, then examine the clock in the hallway and set the time that matches the answer to the maths puzzle. Take the new gear from the base of the clock. Call the elevator, and the man with the chainsaw will arrive. Quickly run and hide somewhere until he is gone again. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Use your wrench to tighten the loose bolt on the boiler. Attach your red valve to the second pipe on the left. Shovel up to 3 lots of coal into the boiler - this will start a timer during which you will have warmth up to the Marduk level of the house. Return to the elevator.
Marduk
Enter the sitting room through the door to the left. After the flashback, use the piano and play the melody in time with the metronome. Try to take the red valve from the piano, but you will be bitten by a snake. Examine the television and take note of the order of 7 colors that are displayed (random with each game). Leave this room and examine the pool table. Sink the balls in the same order as you just saw, then take the square key
Go right and quickly use the square key to unlock the kitchen door (this will stop the plates from flying at you). Now enter the kitchen. Use the light switch just to the left of the door where you entered. As soon as you can, leave the kitchen again and head left. Hide from the man with the cleaver until he leaves again. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone

Marduk
Enter the kitchen on the right. Take the knife. Look at the she-wolf and remove its eye. Search the oven to get some matches. Look at the padlock on the fridge, which has an ear. Take the empty jar from the bench on the right. Pull back the curtain on the right.
Pagan Fears
Open the wooden door on the right and take the torn suit. Also collect some salt in your empty jar. Leave the kitchen and return to the elevator.
Immortal
Go right and enter the bedroom. Use your torn suit on the sewing machine. After the vision, pick up the red valve from the floor. Leave the bedroom and return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Attach your red valve to the second pipe on the left. Shovel up to 3 lots of coal into the boiler - this will start a timer during which you will have warmth up to the Burzum level of the house. Return to the elevator.
Burzum
Head to the far right and examine the Medusa statue multiple times, making sure that you comment that her heart is missing. Return to the elevator.
Immortal
Go to the far left and examine the books in the shelves. Take out the book with the eye on it. Once you turn to the page with the scrambled writing, hold your wolf eye over each line of text until you can read it. This gives you a recipe for a stone heart:
- Coarse salt
- Human blood
- A snake egg
- Sulfur
- A red rose
- Calcium phosphate
- Mercury
Return to the elevator.
Marduk
Enter the kitchen on the right. Put your salt into the pan on the left. Leave the kitchen and return to the elevator.
Burzum
You will see a vision before exiting the elevator. Examine the small red car, then use your syringe to get some oil from the tank. Return to the elevator.
Mayhem
Use your syringe of oil on the lantern hanging here, then use your matches to light it. Pick up the white rose from the floor. Examine the woman in black, and you will take a red key from her hand. Return to the elevator.
Burzum
Use the red key to unlock the door on the left, then head inside. Go over and use the barely visible lamp on the left side of the room. Pick up the strange gun from the floor - this will become your new weapon, still using teeth as ammunition. Go through the left door into a bathroom - as you enter, the boiler will fail again. Walk over behind the curtains and the man with the chainsaw will enter the room. Run past him, and keep going through the next room. Run to the far right of the corridor and hide behind the pillar until the man gives up and leaves. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone

Burzum
Return to the far left and go through to the bathroom again. Open the medicine cabinet on the left and take out the bottle of ether. Use your empty jar to collect some blood from the bath. Also dip your white rose in the bath to turn it red. Leave the bathroom and return to the elevator.
Marduk
Go to the left and pick up some of the mushroom. Next enter the kitchen on the far right and use the mushroom in the coffee grinder to make mushroom powder. Leave the kitchen and find a hookah back near where you got the mushroom. Put your mushroom powder into it, then use your matches on it, and finally use the hookah - you will end up shrinking. Enter the mouse hole on the right and you will confront the snake. Throw your bottle of ether at the snake to knock it out. Now you can take a snake egg, and take a bone from the dead mouse. Leave the hole and you will return to normal size.
Enter the kitchen again and use your bone on the coffee grinder to get shredded bones. Now approach the pan, adding the blood, then the snake egg. Use your matches to add sulfur, then continue with the red rose and shredded bones. Now drag the thermometer from the bottom right of your screen into the pan. You will automatically put the mixture into the oven. After the man with the chainsaw comes into the kitchen, quickly leave, then go and hide to the left until he leaves. Return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Use your wrench to tighten the loose bolt on the boiler. Shovel up to 3 lots of coal into the boiler - this will start a timer during which you will have warmth up to the Burzum level of the house (although you won't be able to see the timer any more). Return to the elevator.
Marduk
Enter the kitchen on the right. Open the oven to get the stone heart. Leave the kitchen and return to the elevator.
Burzum
Go to the right and put the stone heart into the Medusa statue. Take the red valve from the statue and return to the elevator.
Darkthrone
Attach your red valve to the pipe on the right. Shovel up to 3 lots of coal into the boiler - this will start a timer during which you will have warmth up to the Mayhem level of the house (although you won't be able to see the timer any more). Return to the elevator.
Mayhem
Take the mannequin arm from the pram, and take a piece of mirror from the right part of the room. Return to the elevator.
Burzum
Enter the bedroom on the left and insert your piece of mirror, then walk through the portal. Continue through the next portal to the far left and you will reach Jorry's room.
Funeral Fog
Use the light switch to the left of the door. Examine the piggy bank, then take the old coin from it. Unlock the door and go through. Put your old coin into the tarot machine, then attach the arm to the fortune teller. Take the piece of red plastic. Click on the fortune teller again, then click on each of the 5 tarot cards from left to right, and pay attention to their numbers and images (random with each game). Read the engraving on the bench after removing all of the cards. Back out and the boiler will finally be destroyed.
Go back into Jorry's room and examine the chest on the floor. Insert your piece of red plastic, then click on the pieces to turn them all white. You will get a pair of glasses from inside the chest. Leave the room again. Now you need to examine the artwork throughout the house - every painting you can examine closely holds a hidden message that is revealed by using the glasses on it. These are the words you need to find:
- AMOR: On the Burzum level, at the left end of the hallway
- JUDICARE: On the Burzum level, in the bedroom to the left
- MORS: On the Mayhem level, on the left wall
- PENDERE: On the Immortal level, in the bedroom to the right
- DIABOLUS: On the Immortal level, in the study to the left
- LUNA: On the Marduk level, in the sitting room to the left
- FORTIA: On the Marduk level, at the right end of the hallway
Marduk
Enter the kitchen on the right, and examine the fridge. Click on the ear, then select the words that match the tarot cards you were shown (from left to right):
- Card 6: AMOR (Lovers)
- Card 11: FORTIA (Strength)
- Card 12: PENDERE (Hanged Man)
- Card 13: MORS (Death)
- Card 15: DIABOLUS (Devil)
- Card 18: LUNA (Moon)
- Card 20: JUDICARE (Judgement)
Open the fridge and take the teddy bear. Back out and answer the phone when it rings. Now use the teddy bear on yourself and you will examine it. Drag out the stuffing until you find a ruby (you will sometimes find bugs instead and have to start over). Return to the elevator.
Immortal
Enter the study to the far left. Use the light switch just to the left of the door. Insert your ruby into the one-eyed statue in the top of the book shelves, then go through the secret passage. Open the projector screen on the right, then use the projector.
Freezing Moon
There are 3 different endings to the game, which are based on conversation choices you make during the game.
Ending A
After your conversation with Jorry, head right and use the transformer switch to turn the power back on. Next flip the power switch at the top right to electrify the cage on the left. Go and click on the cage, and Jorry will end up getting into the cage. Use the transformer switch and power switch again, and some of the monsters will end up on fire. Go and lure them towards the barricade, and it will be destroyed. Now head through the gate.
Ending B
After your conversation with Jorry, head right and use the transformer switch to turn the power back on. Next flip the power switch at the top right to electrify the cage on the left. Go and click on the cage, and you will end up putting the teddy bear into the cage. Use the transformer switch and power switch again, and some of the monsters will end up on fire. Go and lure them towards the barricade, and it will be destroyed. Now head through the gate.
Ending C
After your conversation with Jorry, you will end up transforming into the man with a chainsaw. Walk around to the gate at the top and head through.
