Finding a Pilsner

During this game, there is the ability to get hints from a cat. There are two achievements that require you to either collect all 16 hints, or collect no hints at all. You will need to play the game twice to get both of these achievements.

Talk to the bus driver about the crackers and compensation, to find out he has a pen to offer you (you can't get it yet). Go right and enter The Underground Pub.

Pick up the keys from the bar stool, and pull a dart from the dart board. Look at each of the 5 framed quotes (5/9), then talk to Stellan, the bartender. You will eventually drink a beer My First Beer. Talk to Stellan to get another beer to take with you. Now talk to the Janitor. Try to open the toilet door. Give your Viewmaster to the Janitor, then use the keys on the toilet door (twice). Now go through the open door. Pick up the glove from the sink. Also pick up the WonderMop and the duct tape. Pull the toilet handle to flush the toilet 10 times Environmental offender. Now you can leave the bathroom and the bar. Head up the escalator to the right.

Use your money on the newspaper rack to get a newspaper, then open the newspaper in your inventory to get a rubber band. Now enter The Mistress Bar.

Look at the dark beer in front of the Quiz King. Look at each of the 4 framed quotes (9/9) Wall Reader. Talk to Zola, the bartender, and get another beer. Try to enter the kitchen, but the grumpy chef will kick you out. Drink a beer, then talk to Mireya on the right (twice) to find out she needs a pen. Go back outside and head left.

Talk to Arik, but he is asleep. Open the door next to the Dive Bar 3 times Perv!. Now enter the Dive Bar. Talk to Bahir, the bartender, and get another beer. Pick up the tandoori pot. Now talk to the cat for your first hint (1/16): "The captain of the ship, he has no name; but he can have the thing to play this game."

Go back outside and return down to the bus.

Talk to the bus driver and ask about the crackers again, then take the pen. Head back up the escalator.

Enter The Mistress Bar and drink a beer, then give the pen to Mireya. Return outside, then go right to a new area.

Enter the Kniven Bar. Talk to Truls-Roger, the bartender, and get another beer. Return outside and pick up a banana from the vegan food truck. Enter the Big Dogs Sports Bar and talk to the bartender, but you can't get a beer here. Go back outside and look at the fountain to the right Free Walking Tour.

There should now be a screaming baby. Try talking to Chantal. Talk to the bus driver, who will give you a beer if you shut the baby up. Return up to Gronland.

Drink 1 beer (make sure you are only a bit tipsy), then talk to Sylvie - you cannot understand her. Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for a hint (2/16): "Have a drink to make your shyness disappear, make it two and languages become quite clear."

Go back outside and have another beer, then talk to Sylvie again to get a bottle of California wine. Go back into the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for the next hint (3/16): "A cork in a hole will hold no longer, but with some aid it can be stronger."

Open the California wine to get a cork, then combine this with your duct tape. Make sure you are sober (enter and leave a bar until this happens), then use your giant band-aid on the crack in the fountain.

Have a couple of beers so you are tipsy, then pick up the baby bottle and the bell from the ground outside The Underground Pub. Open the baby bottle to get a baby bottle cap.

Gronland

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for another hint (4/16): "Broken bells for sleepy screamers, fix them up to wake up dreamers."

Since the queue of people is shorter, you can now enter The Garden. Pick up the clock sign and a clean glass, then leave again. Now enter The Mistress Bar. Talk to Mireya and the chef about the quiz question.

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for the next hint (5/16): "I hole the truth in black and white, it's all you need to answer right."

Enter The Mistress Bar again. Open the newspaper in your inventory until you see the answer to the quiz question, then talk to Mireya and the chef again - tell them the answer is Armenian Dry-Hopped Lavash Trappist Apricot IPA. Enter the kitchen, then leave again.

Combine your rubber band and broken bell, then add this to the clock sign True MacGyver. Drink a beer, then use your alarm clock on Arik to wake him up. Look at the barrel, then pick it up to get a paper bag - do not open the bag. Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for a hint (6/16): "Search inside me once, search inside me twice; not even searching three times will suffice."

Go back outside and pick up the barrel 3 more times to get an apple core, a fish bone and a burrito Trash hunter. Open the burrito, then give the tin foil to Arik in exchange for an emerald bottle. Go back into the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for yet another hint (7/16): "You won't find milk by begging louder, look around to mix some powder."

Go back to The Mistress Bar and enter the kitchen again. Pick up the small measuring cup from beneath the bread oven. Use this to collect some white powder from the floor in front of the refrigerator.

Use your emerald bottle on the fountain to fill it with water.

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat again for the next hint (8/16): "If police dogs find it they'll begin to bark, better find a place to use it in the dark."

Enter The Underground Pub and go through to the toilet. Pull the toilet handle to turn off the lights, then use the measuring cup on the emerald bottle to create some white water. Add the baby bottle cap. Go outside and give this to the baby, then go left to see the bus driver is gone.

Go right and you will see that the line to The Crypt has now cleared Domino effect. Enter The Garden and take the bottle of milk, then go back outside. Drink a beer, then go down into The Crypt. Talk to Maksim, the bartender, who will tell you about a secret chat group. Go outside again.

Enter the Big Dogs Sports Bar and try to take the iPhone from the bar; also try to pick up the remote control. Ask the bartender for a Halvliter and get him to check the online chat group. Talk to him again and ask him to check the group now, but he won't do it until after the bar closes.

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat again for another hint (9/16): "Dark old beer the sadness cures, just wait away it slowly pours." While you are here, give the bottle of milk to the cat Vegan Whiskers.

Enter the Big Dogs Sports Bar. Ask the bartender for a Guinness, then quickly take the remote control. After receiving the beer, use the remote control on the TVs Social disturber. Now you can pick up the iPhone, but you don't know the correct code. Leave the bar and come back in, then talk to the bartender about the code. Drink a beer, then talk to Woodrow on the right, followed by Orion on the left to get the code 1900. Use the remote control on the TVs again, then try to unlock the phone with code 1900. Leave the bar and come back in, then talk to Orion again, who is sure the year was 1900. Go outside and talk to the Friendly Monster - you will get no response.

Use your empty glass with the cool-box next to the vegan food truck. Drink the Guinness you are currently holding Beer Snob. Go back into the Big Dogs Sports Bar and order another Guinness, then use the ice cold glass on it. Add the banana to turn it into a smoothie. Go outside and give this to the Friendly Monster. Talk to him until you hear that the code relates to the birth year of the founder of Guinness. Enter the Big Dogs Sports Bar and use the remote control on the TVs. Pick up the iPhone and unlock it with code 1725 History Buff. Open the Timehog app, and select the Secret Chat, then read through the messages until you see the username "@hoppy_sapiens69".

Go back and get another glass from The Garden, and make another smoothie for the Friendly Monster. Repeat this a third time Good Samaritan.

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat again for the next hint (11/16): "Inside the bag it's all a secret, can you come and find your ticket?"

Open the paper bag in your inventory and look at the receipt. Give the receipt to Harvest, in the vegan food truck, and you will learn the name of the person you are looking for.

Enter the Underground Pub. Use the remote control on the TV here 3 times Hello!. Talk to Jolla, until he gives you his charger.

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat again for another hint (12/16): "Change the channel to see its power, can it hold what you desire?"

Go back into the Underground Pub. Open the remote control to get some batteries. Use these with the duct tape, then add them to the charger. Give the brand new charger to Jolla. Talk to him, but he won't give you the Yellow Pages. Go through to the toilet on the right. Pull the toilet handle to turn the lights back on, then pull out the router's cable. Go back out to the pub and use the Yellow Pages.

Enter the Dive Bar and look at the plaque on the wall. Talk to Bahir until he asks you to help him with his wife. Now talk to the cat again for your next hint (13/16): "I'm trapped inside a smelly place, drink some beer don't make a face."

Enter the Underground Pub and go through to the toilet. Look inside the toilet. Drink 2 beers, then pick up the wallet from inside the toilet.

Go into the Dive Bar and swap your wallet from the toilet with Bahir's wallet. Open Bahir's wallet to get his Mastercard. While you are here, pick up the glue.

Talk to Chantal to find our she is Bahir's wife. Give her the Mastercard.

Enter the Dive Bar again to talk to Bahir Dude, Where Is My Beer?. Pick up the lantern, then talk to the cat for another hint (14/16): "Three objects you need to get me down from here; something long, a grasping hand and sticky liquid that isn't beer."

Go outside and look at the street light above Arik. Combine the WonderMop and glove, then use this on the street light Heavy Petting Zoo. Use your glue on the WonderMop, then use this on the street light to get a light bulb. Go back into the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for the next hint (15/16): "To make me dark just paint me over, or find a place where I'm not sober."

Enter The Mistress Bar and talk to the Quiz King. Use your light bulb in his dark beer.

Gronland

Enter the Dive Bar and talk to the cat for the final hint (16/16): "Thin as thread but nothing more, stretch it out to open doors."

Use the paperclip in your inventory to straighten it out, then use it on the Bakery door. Head inside the Bakery Inquisitive. Open the door on the right, then push the brick on the floor to keep the door open. Go through the door. Pull the toilet handle to turn the lights off, then use your dark bulb in your lantern. Use the lantern, then use your dart on the X. Go out to the left and talk to the janitor.

Final Achievements

There are two achievements at the conclusion of the game depending on your use of hints from the cat:

• Collect all 16 hints Cat Person
• Collect no hints True Gamer

The other achievements can be collected over multiple games, and you most likely have received them already:

• Drink a total of 30 beers Isn't it enough?
• Sober up a total of 10 times Hangover Hero
• Walk a total of 10000 steps 500 calories burned
