Darkness Within 2: The Dark Lineage is the sequel to the earlier game Darkness Within: In Pursuit of Loath Nolder. It is similar in presentation, as a first-person horror mystery adventure game. You reprise your role as Howard Loreid, a small town policeman. You find yourself struggling to regain your sanity after the events of the previous game, when you receive a letter to investigate a new mystery.
