Hidden Folks is a monochrome puzzle game where you must find specific people and objects in a complex environment, and sometimes assist them in other ways. There are 8 Steam Achievements, all documented in the walkthrough below.

Forest

Monkeyland

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Explorer Garland: Half hidden behind the tree on the right.
Big snake: Click on the bush to the lower left, then find the snake behind it.
Kiki the Monkey: Click on the dark spot in the top left tree, then the monkey will fall to the ground.
White banana: Click on the bunch of bananas at the top right, then the banana will fall to the ground.

The Jungle

There are 12 targets to find in this area, and 6 must be located to proceed.

Man in distress: Sitting on a log towards the west end of the river.
Classy Jessy: Sleeping on a bed in the trees to the west, just south of the river.
Woman with a guitar: Next to a campfire in the middle of the area, just north of the river.
Onno: Balancing on a rope bridge across the northern part of the river.
Flying monkey: Jumping up and down out of the trees in the northwest corner.
Panda: Click to cut back the bamboo in the northeast corner, then find the panda sitting on a rock.
King Kiki: Click on the bush with bananas in the clearing in the trees to the northwest, then find him behind the bush.
Eggs: West end of the river, near the flamingos.
Chicken: Click on the bulging snake south of the east end of the river 3 times, then it will spit out a chicken.
Reptile: Just below a campfire to the east of the area.
Bird enthusiast: Hidden behind a group of birds in the middle southern section.
Shaman: Click on the waterfall near the southeast twice, then on the shaman behind it.

Tree House Village

You need to clear the path so the man can make his way to the far right. Start by clicking on the trees that are bending over the decking. When he reaches the rope bridge, pull the weight on the right downwards to lower the bridge. Next click on the birds to get them to fly away from the path. Click on the bamboo repeatedly to make it disappear. Pull another weight downwards to lower two sections of decking, and the path will be clear.

The Backyard Campground

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Guitar: Leaning against the tree on the left.
Aiden: Click on the bushes near the top to reveal a jumping man.
Ella: Roll up the tent on the right several times.
Hairbrush: Click several times on the hole in the ground at the bottom.

The Campground

There are 12 targets to find in this area, and 10 must be located to proceed.

Beekeeper Barry: At the southern end of the beehives, which are in the northern half of the west side of the area.
Mai: Amongst a big group of butterflies, in the northeast section.
Lumberjack Fleck: Just below the tall tree in the central northern part of the area.
Classy Jessy: Click on the umbrellas to the lower right of the camper van in the northeast.
Peyton: Roll up the tents to the left of the second campfire from the right.
Monster Mo: Click on the bushes in the far northwest to reveal him in front of a cave.
Banana: In a basket in the middle of the camper van park to the southeast.
Truffle: Find 3 pigs just southwest from the middle of the area. Clear the bushes just to their right, then dig up the hole in the ground to find the truffle.
Black Bitty: Click on the rabbit hole in the northeast corner, just right of a teepee. The first time a white rabbit will run out, and the second time you will find a black rabbit to click.
Ivan: Open the container on top of the car just to the west of the camper van park to find Ivan hiding inside.
Rafaelo: Find a man waving a fish in the southwest corner, then spot the tortoise slightly further to the west.
Spider: In the spider web in the far west of the area.

Dry Lands

Wyatt's Field

There are 3 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Farmer Wyatt: Sitting down on the left.
Pitchfork: Roll the middle bale of hay to the side to reveal this.
Rare flower: Click on the water truck, then several times on the right side of the garden bed to reveal the flower.

The Farm

There are 8 targets to find in this area, and 5 must be located to proceed.

Forester Awan: In front of the totem pole, surrounded by piles of lumbar just to the southwest of the middle.
Newton: Find a tree to the far southwest with 4 apples. Click on the single apple in the tree to the right, then on Newton sitting below.
Harry: At the entrance to the empty bull pen at the far northwest.
Needle: Find the bales of hay to the southeast. Roll the 3rd from the left to reveal Needle hiding behind it.
Rotting fish: There is a man selling fish from a tractor to the west. Roll the small bale of hay in front of it to reveal the rotting fish.
Fake bull Barney: Click on the bull that isn't moving within the full bull pen.
High hat scarecrow: Click on the water truck partially hidden behind two silos to the far east. Click on the wheat to make it grow and the scarecrow will appear.
Chicken Chuck: Half hidden behind a small bush at the far northwest (just above a fallen log).

The Desert

There are 15 targets to find in this area, and 9 must be located to proceed.

Fabian: Walking side to side in the west-northwest part of the desert.
Chief Toto: Within one of the fallen teepees at the Indian village to the far northwest.
Eric: Find an SOS sign near the northeast, then follow a path of pebbles to a larger rock; slide this to the left to reveal Eric.
Furry Max: Find an elaborate camper van park to the east-northeast of the desert, and then search for Max in the north part.
Sombrero cactus: In the far northern part of the desert.
Plant: There is a small farm in the southeast corner; click on the soil that is being watered to make the plant grow.
Glasses: Just southwest of the middle of the desert, find a sign for "Burnin' Folks". Look to the right to find the glasses on a rock near 3 vultures.
Martin: Find the "Burnin' Folks" festival in the west of the desert. Martin is in the middle of the right crowd of people waiting near the speakers. Click on the speakers first so everyone starts dancing, then click on Martin, who stays still.
Pot of gold: Go to an oasis in the south-southwest part of the desert. Find a large rock at its northern end and slide this to the left to reveal the gold.
Aladdin: Wait near the "Burnin' Folks" sign where you found the glasses, and Aladdin will glide past on his magic carpet.
Lone vulture: Sitting on a cactus in the south of the desert.
Mr. Worm: Find a small mining camp in the southwest, then dig at the top-right X several time to unearth a worm.
Bottle of water: There is a man having a picnic towards the southeast; find the water bottle on the rock he uses as a table.
White-Back Scorpion: Find a man in the middle of the desert jumping up and down on a tree stump. Click on the fallen log in front of him to make the white-back scorpion emerge.
Reptile: Within a cactus forest in the northwest, just above a group of several large rocks.

City

Matias' House

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Mom: Standing on the right side of the street.
TV technician: Rotate the radar dish on the roof to reveal the technician.
Sheltered kid: Open the top right shutters, then click on the kid.
Old person's bone: Click several times on the exposed bricks beneath the graffiti, then the bone will fall out.

The Suburb

There are 18 targets to find in this area, and 12 must be located to proceed. Number the four streets 1-4 from top to bottom and houses 1-10 from left to right to help find the targets.

Mover Buck: Sitting on a chair behind a lamp post in front of house 3 on street 2.
Swimmer Sven: In a wading pool in the front yard of house 1 on street 3.
Lemo: Behind a table out the front of house 5 on street 4.
Fork: Being held by the gardener in the back yard of house 9 on street 1.
Charlie: Open the front door of house 5 on street 1, and Charlie will walk outside.
Saw: Lift up the roller door of house 9 on street 3 to find the saw hanging in the garage.
Vito: In the queue of people outside house 1 on street 4.
Plant: In the window of house 4 on street 3.
Squirrel: In the entrance to the food market at the eastern end of street 2.
Driver Dave: Driving a car heading west on street 2 (being closely followed by a truck).
Sullivan: Lift up the roller door of house 8 on street 4, click on the speakers to start the music, then find Sullivan in the crowd of dancers.
Golf ball: Slide the manhole cover in front of house 7 on street 3, then click on the golf ball that pops out.
Humma: Near the electrical box in front of house 10 on street 4.
Bobby: Pop the 3 balloons, then open the door in the roof of house 10 on street 1 to find Bobby hiding.
Elif: Open the curtains of the left window of house 10 on street 3, then click on Elif.
Ghost mail: Push the flag down on the mailbox outside of house 2 on street 3, then click on the mail that pops out.
Kayaker: Move the satellite dish on the roof of house6 on street 2 to reveal the kayaker behind it.
Pyramid: Open the door of the mail van in front of house 3 on street 1, then click the pyramid inside.

The Bus Station

There are 11 targets to find in this area, and 6 must be located to proceed.

Business Man: In the doorway over the Folks Station to the north.
Beggar: Sitting near the southwest metro entrance.
Chris: Jumping on a ticket machine near the northeast metro entrance.
Sunglasses: Open the curtains of the second window at the top of the TV station to find these on a table.
Giorgio: Walking in and out of the northwest metro entrance.
Toolbox: On the scaffolding to the far southeast, behind some drapes.
Sax: Inside the rear cargo hold of the stationery bus to the northwest.
Chef Gordan: Lift up the blinds on the left side of the TV station to find the chef inside.
Salma: Click on the bus driving along the second road from the top to stop it, then click on Salma as she crosses the road.
Johnny: Waiting by himself at the far west bus stop.
Trash: Slide the far southwest manhole cover to the side, then click on the trash that pops out.

The Big City

There are 15 targets to find in this area, and 9 must be located to proceed.

Vinny: On the landing half way up the 3rd building from the right (next to the Folks Bank sign).
Charles Baudelaire: Inside the ground floor of the Folks Game building on the southern end of the cross street between the main streets.
Rock from space: In the ground floor of the building at the far southeast.
Car thief: Lift up the left roller door of the garage to the far southwest to find the car thief inside.
Melly: Lift up the blinds on the right of the 3rd floor of the Hotel Folks (to the far east) to find Melly inside.
Cableman: Move a satellite dish on top of a tall building in the middle to find him behind it.
Paper diver: Lift up the blinds on the top floor of the mail building, which is on the north end of the cross street, to find him inside.
Anchorwoman Angie: Lift up the blinds half way up the left side of the Folks TV building to the far east, to find her inside.
Walker: Walking towards the east in the slowest moving group within the big crowd.
The Boss: Click on the clouds to move them, then lift the top right blinds on the tallest building to reveal him.
Rayan: Sitting on the ground in front of the flowers shop along the back road; you first need to click on the traffic to get the flowers van to move so you can see him.
Walid: Click on the moving light globe sign to reveal Walid in the main Market building along the back road.
Kiki Kong: Click on the clouds to move them, then find Kiki Kong on top of the Folks TV building to the far east.
Lauro M.: Click on the moving sign on the front of the 4th building from the far southwest to reveal him.
Superfolk: Hidden by some birds on top of the flowers shop building along the back road.

The City Road

You need to clear the road so the fancy car can make its way to the far right. Move the manhole cover back into position. Click on the ball to move it from the road. Next click on the 2 cars and 2 trucks to unblock the intersection. Click on the fancy car once it reaches the zebra crossing so the sleeping man gets up and moves out of the way. Press the button to the left side of the next zebra crossing to stop the traffic so you can drive across. Finally, click on the sign to lift it out of the way.

Snow

The Snow Hill

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Paulie: Click on him as he slides down the hill.
Squirrel: Click on the snow-covered trees at the bottom left to reveal the squirrel in one of the trees.
Map: Click several times on one of the snow mounds at the top left, then on the map that appears.
Pepe: Click on a small snowball at the top of the area, then on Pepe once it knocks him down.

Folk Everest

There are 18 targets to find in this area, and 12 must be located to proceed.

Kala: In the snow, near the top of the western and shortest ski lift.
Karlos: Making a snowman in front of the building at the top of the eastern small cable car lift.
Yuri: Just to the left of the building at the top of the large cable car lift.
Diego: In one of the large cable cars; click to open the door near the top, then click on him inside.
Mateo: Lying down between kids with snowballs, in the playground near the bottom of the mountain.
Hons: Walking left and right between two groups on either side of a ski run near the middle of the mountain.
Squirrel: Look in the forest just northwest of the fallen cable car (in the middle part of the mountain). Click on the snow-covered trees with acorns and you will eventually uncover the squirrel in a tree.
Hannah: To the left of the building at the bottom of the large cable car lift.
Chris: Standing to the right of the fallen cable car.
Soca: At the front of a group of beginner skiers near the bottom of the mountain.
Snow castle: Find a narrow run going down between the small and large cable cars, where several people have gone into a snow bank. Turn off the power box to the left, to reveal the snow castle just to the right, previously hidden by the water fountain.
Nino: Embracing a tree just south of the seating platforms to the far west.
Enzo: Open the doors of the camper vans in the carpark at the far southeast; Enzo is just inside one of them.
Klara: Turn off the power box to the right of the bottom of the small cable car lift, then find Klara fallen down behind where the water fountain used to be.
Intellectual Yeti: Click on the cave to the very northeast of the map, then on the Yeti that emerges.
Axe: Click on the snow-covered trees just north of the piles of logs near the southwest to eventually find the axe in a tree.
Swiss army knife: On a wall of tools to the left of the 3rd pole from the top of the large cable car lift.
Map: Click several times on the small snow mound in front of the shops near the top of the eastern small cable car lift, then on the map that appears.

The Snow Valley

There are 14 targets to find in this area, and 8 must be located to proceed.

Banana: On the ground to the left of the hot springs in the northwest.
Liam: On the platforms next to some stairs just northeast of the middle of the map.
Joris: Stuck near the right edge of the frozen laze to the south.
Snowfolk Freddy: Find the group of snowmen being built in the east. Click on the matching head, then on the completed snowman.
Benjamin: Driving back and forwards on a snowmobile just north of the frozen lake.
Weird goat: Click on the southern-most cloud on the western edge of the mountain, then on the sheep that is revealed.
Cool fish: Click on the ice where the man is fishing on the frozen lake, then on the fish that pops out.
Tamm: Stuck in a crevice in a group having their photo taken to the northwest.
Angelo: In a group of people just west of the middle, northeast from the piles of logs.
Extra rope: Click on the left tent in the group of tents near the top of the mountain, then on the rope inside.
Rino: Click on the large clouds at the very top of the mountain to reveal Rino.
White fox: Hidden in the snow between the trees near the Christmas area at the southeast.
Soda: Click on the large clouds at the very top of the mountain to reveal a fridge. Open the fridge to find the soda.
Ute: Click on the southern-most cloud on the western edge of the mountain, then on the man that is revealed. Once he has pulled Ute up you can click on him.

On Tour

Garage Band

There are 6 targets to find in this area, and all 6 must be located to proceed.

Duncan: Raise the blinds over the middle window to reveal Duncan.
Oystein's Tuba: Drag the power switch down on the left, then click on the tuba that is revealed.
That fifth member: Inside the suitcase on the top of the car.
Happiest mushroom: Open the fridge and find the mushroom amongst the fruit in the bottom.
Useless glasses: Click on the bush near the water cooler, then on the glasses that pop out.
Adele: Click on the drummer, the door, and the singer's microphone, then connect all 3 power cords. Now click on the singer.

Recording Studio

There are 19 targets to find in this area, and 13 must be located to proceed.

Nojus: Find 3 large fans in the central live studio and turn on the one that is currently off, then click on the guy in front of it.
Oystein's Tuba: On the wall in the central corridor lined with musical instruments.
Tarzan: Hiding in the bushes in the small square garden to the far northeast.
Disco Crocy: Connect the power cord for the main dance floor to the south, then find Crocy on the dance floor.
Ebba: Find an obstacle course just north of the central live studio. Click on the 2 people sitting in chairs to start the race, then click on the winner.
Stradivarius: Find a queue of people waiting to perform at the small studio to the far north, and click on the person holding their string instrument.
Accountant Omar: Standing in front of a chart in a boardroom to the far east (click on him twice).
Vampire Edward: Find the group of 4 people standing in front of mirrors in the bathroom to the far south, and click on the one without a reflection.
Uky: Sitting on a speaker box between some guitars to the west.
Svea: Sitting at a desk just below the obstacle course.
Gamer Gavin: Gavin is sitting in front of 2 flashing screens to the right of the central live studio. Unplug the power cord, then plug it back in and click on Gavin.
Saddest mushroom: Inside a fridge (left of the one with a star) in the cafeteria to the far north.
Wind trio: You can see the tops of the instruments within a bathroom stall to the far south. Open the stall and click on the musicians inside.
Viggo: Click on all the microphones clustered in the southwest to reveal the person behind them.
Joon-woo: Hiding behind a sliding rock in the central live studio.
Simon: The judge in the middle seat at the small studio to the far north (click on him twice).
Siumi: Find 3 large sound studios to the east. Plug in the power cord for the one on the right, then click on the artist inside.
The Monster: Inside a cabinet at the left end of the large storage room to the far west.
Rhys: Press the button next to the 4th elevator from the left (in the far northwest). Keep doing this until you find it is completely full, then click on the man inside.

Concert Hall

There are 6 targets to find in this area, and 4 must be located to proceed.

Matviy: Hidden behind some hanging plants to the right of the stage, bottom row.
Roady Cees: Inside the large cabinet to the far southwest.
Mystery Melvin: Unplug the power cord for the smoke machine on the stage, then click on the musician who was hidden by the smoke.
Stocking: Open the grand piano on the stage to find the stocking inside.
Lucho: Behind the curtain at the right end up the seated area, middle row.
Po-Yu: Behind the curtain at the back of the stage.

The Club

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and 3 must be located to proceed.

Kiki the monkey: Drag the right power switch up, then click on the monkey that drops down and swings on the disco ball.
Caleb: Behind the right door.
Gin: Behind the left person sitting at the bar to the east.
Irene: Drag both power switches up and bring Caleb out from behind the right door. Start up the smoke machines by plugging in the power cord next to the power switch. Once the people reach the dance floor, connect the other power cord just to the left of it. Now you can find Irene in the middle of the dance floor.

Folkpop Festival

There are 29 targets to find in this area, and 23 must be located to proceed.

Bilal & Bilal: In front of a queue of people just south of the middle.
Celine: Riding on the bottom loop of the large mechanical serpent to the far north.
Pumpkin: In the crowd in front of a stage to the east, where there are lots of bouncing balls.
Ronnie: In front of an RV all by itself to the far south.
Ticketless Tilde: Standing on top of a car at the bottom of the parking lot to the far west.
Skeleton: Behind the sliding castle in the wooden maze just west of the middle.
Boy: Find a crowd to the far east in front of a stage with a crocodile. Click on the crocodile, then on the boy riding it.
Illegal Iga: Find some eyes peering out of a tree at the right side of the parking lot to the far west, then click on the person that jumps out.
Clown Poppy: Click on balloons to pop them in the area with heaps of balloons to the northeast. Click on the clown once you have found them.
Intellectual plant Hank: Find a campfire surrounded by a ring of plants in the woods to the south. Search inside the tall leaves just above this.
Iker: Sitting on some milk crates in the left of the parking lot to the far west.
Cooper the Hulahooper: Playing with a hula hoop in the picnic area to the far southeast.
Fairy Ferry: Swinging behind clouds on the stage towards the northwest.
Black Bitty: Click on the rabbit warrens just to the left of the picnic area to the far southeast, then click on the black rabbit in the group that emerges.
Sjo: Sitting on the ground behind the expanding gate in front of the small stage to the far northwest.
Zain: Hidden inside a rubbish pile in front of an abandoned stage in the very middle.
Floofy: Hidden within a large pile of speakers to the far northwest.
Zander: In the open bathroom to the far southwest.
Ming: Ming is performing on a small stage towards the northeast. Click on the microphone twice to break it, then click on Ming.
Aron: In a queue for t-shirts near the bottom of the merchandise area in the middle.
Seo-yun's Homemade Rocket: In front of an RV to the far northeast. Plug in the power cord, then click on the rocket as it flies around.
DJ Juan: Find a stage with lots of speakers and mixing decks towards the southeast. Open the door of the RV 5 times, then click on the final performer to emerge.
Sebas: Connect the power cord for the dance floor to the northwest, then find the person with color-changing hair to the left of the dance floor.
Kauri: Inside a tent near the top-right of the tent area to the southwest.
Timo: In a tree with a ladder to the far northeast.
Kiki the monkey: Open the toilet stalls just east of the middle, then click on the tree between them. Click on Kiki after he falls out of the tree.
Heavy metal Hayley: On the stage to the far east.
Willow: Find the strength tester just below the large mechanical serpent to the far north. Click on the machine, then click on Willow standing in front of it.
Truffle: At the base of a tree just above the picnic area to the far southeast.

Parade

There are 8 targets to find in this area, and 5 must be located to proceed.

Trade poster: On the side of the double-decker RV at the front of the parade, top row.
Florin: Find a group of 8 people walking in the bottom row of the parade, half way along. Click on the one wearing a sock as a tie.
Crocy: At the very back of the parade, bottom row.
Pirate Daniyar: Find an RV with a sail on top, near the back of the parade, top row. Roll up the sail to reveal the pirate behind it.
Aada: Aada is walking in front of the tall robot, near the front of the parade, bottom row. Click on the robot so it spits out a drink, then click on Aada.
Kosuke: Find a car being held up by balloons, towards the back of the parade, top row. Pop enough balloons so the car drops down, then click on the driver.
Eloi: Look in the crowd as it scrolls past and find a man pushing a car.
Kiki the Monkey: Driving the car pulling the tree at the back of the parade, top row.

Beach

The Small Beach

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Rihanna: Close the left umbrella to reveal Rihanna behind it.
Glasses: Roll up the right towel to find the glasses beneath it.
Gaspar: Tip over the buckets on the sand mounds to reveal Gaspar beneath one of them.
Engagement ring: Dig at the X at the base of the 3 palm trees at the top, then click on the ring that pops out.

The Beach

There are 18 targets to find in this area, and 12 must be located to proceed.

Anisa: Look for the group of tents just west of the middle of the area. Open the flap on the tent with the queue outside to find Anisa inside.
Lotte: Find the people on the deck chairs in the southwest - Lotte is wearing a dark dress and is easy to spot.
Gabi: At a picnic table in the far northwest. Click on the plate first, then on Gabi herself.
InstaFifi93: Look up north to where the kites are flying. Click on the kite that is blocking a person, then click on the person.
Wei: Go to the yoga area at the far south. Click on the yoga teacher until he does a handstand, then click on the only student who does it with him.
Black golf ball: In the far northwest, find a small pile of golf balls next to the corner of a picnic blanket. Click on these, then on the black golf ball left behind.
Watch: Look for 3 men with their arms out to the sides, walking between some beach towels to the east. Lift the corners of some towels until you uncover the watch.
Richard: Look at the floating rafts to the far southeast. Click on the men leaning off the edge to make him jump in, then click on his head.
Ike: Find the ice cream truck, just north of the swimming pools. Look for a man holding an ice-cream. Click on the ice-cream, then on Ike himself.
Trophy: Click on the golf balls around the flags in the northwest until you have hit balls into all 6 holes. Now go to the group of men near the 6th flag to find a trophy.
Phoebe: Near the bottom of the huge group of people with beach umbrellas near the southeast, close the umbrellas until closing one reveals Phoebe - click on her.
Soccer ball: Find the small soccer pitch to the north. Click on the palm tree on the right end, then on the soccer ball that falls down.
Cowgirl's hat: Look at the people floating on inflatable horses in the water to the far east. Click on the one 2 south from the raft to reveal the hat.
King crab: Click on the sandcastle on the east coast, then on the crab that emerges.
Normal crab: Click on the small cave entrance at the northeast (surrounded by seagulls), then on the crab that emerges.
Tuuli: Find one person flying a kite the wrong way (just right of the volleyball courts to the north).
Gaspar: Find an upside-down bucket on a small sand hill in the middle of some inflatable animals, just right of the kite fliers to the north. Click on the bucket, then on Gaspar's head.
Merman: There is a man walking back and forward behind the mermaid photo opportunity to the far west; click on him when he sticks his head through.

The Expedition

You need to clear the path so the walking man can make his way to the far right. Slide the large rock to the left, then the smaller stack of rocks to the right. Click on all of the turtle eggs to make them hatch, and the man will jump into the water. Click on all of the sea animals in the water until the man swims to the opposite shore. Next click on the 3 gorillas to make them leave. Click on the large leaves to clear a path, then on the 2 boats and raft to complete the jetty. Click on all 6 pieces of refuse in the water, then finally on the 2 inflatable animals.

The Islands

There are 28 targets to find in this area, and 22 must be located to proceed.

Smoked sock: Find an island just northeast of the middle with several rising smoke rings. Look for a rack near the middle of the island - the sock is hanging from this.
Brett: Look towards the left end of a long series of jetties to the southeast, just below the main boat thoroughfare. Brett is sitting to the left end of the bar here.
Water scooter stuntman: Look towards the southwest, just above the main boat thoroughfare. Find a man on a water scooter going left and right between some inflatable animals. Click on him twice.
Black beak: Find a small jetty island to the north. There is a man walking left and right on the jetty with a bird on his head - click on the bird.
Sun protection cream: Look at the bottom half of the big island at the far northwest. Unroll the 4 overlapping blanks just south of the jetty to uncover the cream.
Vivek: Find an island to the far west with a whole lot of dig sites. Vivek is lying down in the middle of the island.
Tobie: Go to the island at the far southeast. Find Tobie near the northwest corner of the island with his head in the sand.
Kiki the monkey: Look at the top half of the big island at the far northwest. The monkey is along the southwest coast.
Sneaky inflatable horse: Click on the big leaves in the middle of the small island in the very middle of the map, then on the inflatable horse.
Koopo: Look on an island containing multiple turtles to the southwest, just below the main boat thoroughfare. The turtle you want is on a sloped rock in the middle. Click on him to make him fall back, then click on him again.
Target: Find the small floating market with jetties and boats near the northeast. The thief is partially hidden behind some poles towards the right.
Puck: Watch the boats in the main thoroughfare. Puck appears to be floating past on a magic carpet on the water.
Axe: Stuck in a tree along the north coast of the big island at the far northwest.
Hermit crab: Look at an island to the far north with a group of crab nets around its coast. Click on the bottom right net, then on the crab that climbs up.
Haden: Find a rubber dinghy to the bottom left of the island at the far southeast. Click on the snorkel just below and to the right, then on Haden when he sticks his head up.
Candy: Look at a relative large island to the far west where you can rent water scooters. Click on the vending machine, then on the candy that pops out.

Ms. Worm: Find the large fishing village to the far northeast. Look for a hut and some fisherman along the southern coast. Click on an X mark here, then on the worm that pops out.
Patrick: Look at a small island to the right of the western lighthouse. Slide the middle rock to the left to uncover the starfish.
Thelxiepeia: Look at the shipwreck islands to the far south. Find the island with the most men on it. Slide the large rock to the left to reveal the siren.
Fisherman Fred: Find the large fishing village to the far northeast. Click on the fisherman along the western part until one brings up a boot - this is your man.
Drunk pirate: Look at the large pirate island to the far southeast. Find some kegs in the middle and click on them, then click on the drunk pirate that matches the picture in the hint.
Mini chest: Look at the shipwreck islands to the far south. Find the largest island (to the left) and click several times on the top X mark, then on the chest that pops out. Keep clicking until the miniature one can be found.
Osric: Look at the large pirate island to the far southeast. Find some cannons at the top right. Click on the second cannon from the top, then quickly click on Osric, who is underneath the pile of wood the cannon ball hits.
Ninja Seagull: Look at the bottom half of the big island at the far northwest. Find a seagull and a person on a bench at the bottom right corner. Click multiple times on the seagull.
Crown: Look in the water just above the pirate island to the far southeast. Click on all the ripples in the water to uncover 8 tentacles in total (2 are hidden by boats you need to click on to move out of the way). Now click on the ripple in the middle of the round group of rocks, then on the crown.

The Pirate Battle

There are 11 targets to find in this area, and 6 must be located to proceed.

Chen: Make the man jump off the plank on the far left ship, then click on him in the water.
Uni: Standing on a small boat right in the middle.
Ronan: Lift up the top sail on the top boat to reveal Ronan hanging behind it.
Figgy: On the front of the top boat.
Jack: Clinging to wreckage in front of the wrecked boat at the bottom right.
Conor: Inside a floating barrel at the bottom.
Eoin: Fire the second cannon from the large ship to the right, then find Eoin looking out through the new hole on the top ship.
Real shark: Click on the sharks circling around the small boat at the top left, then click on the real shark when it emerges.
Gassan: Fire the right cannon from the large ship to the right, then click on Gassan as he walks across towards the other ship.
Edward Brown Jr.: Put out all the flames on the mast of the large ship to the right, then find Edward in the barrel at the top.
Flowers: Fire the 4th cannon from the top ship, then quickly click on the flowers when they are fired out.

Sim's Laboratory

There are 4 targets to find in this area, and all 4 must be located to proceed.

Jade: Standing on the right.
Sim: Lift up the roller door to reveal him inside the building.
Hanger: Open the doors in the cabinet at the bottom, then the hanger will pop out.
Vial: Slide the man on the ladder to the left to reveal the vial in the shelves.

The Lab

There are 14 targets to find in this area, and 8 must be located to proceed.

Teacher: Standing on a platform in the middle near the northern end of the area
Abraham: Hanging on to a short ladder from the top of one of the narrow sets of shelves near the northwest.
The paperwork-is-so-boring-man: Lying down on top of a big box near the stacks of paper just northeast from the middle.
Roboto: Walking left and right behind 2 groups of servers to the east of the middle.
Super secret formula: Look at the shelves to the far northwest. Go to the second set of shelves from the top and slide the ladder to the side to reveal the formula.
Natalia: Go to the far south to find 2 small roller doors next to each other. Slide the left door up and down until you see Natalia wearing an outfit matching the one in the clue.
Regina: Find Regina standing on a platform in front of an angled black screen. Click on the screen to turn it into a mirror, then click on Regina in the mirror.
Magic mushroom: Find the vending machine with the sign on it - right in the middle of the whole area. Click on it, then on the mushroom that is revealed.
The object: Click on some of the small computer monitors to the southeast of the middle - some will show you arrows guiding you towards a small drawer in the side of a desk. Open this to find the object inside.
Toyoti: Find a car body moving side to side on a conveyor belt to the southeast. When it is at its furthest position to the right, use the claw to remove Toyoti from inside, then click on him.
Key: Find the huge sets of filing cabinets in the northeast. Using the clue 3.10.3, go to the 3rd set of cabinets, 10th column, 3rd drawer from the top. Open this to find the key inside.
Clone: Turn off the only computer screen that starts turned on. Wait for the large robotic arm to be lifted just to the right, then click on the clone that is revealed.
Nutty engineer: Find a massive robot to the far south and just to the east. Click on the panel in its leg, then on the engineer who leaps out.
Marius: Find 2 large vats to the southeast, one containing a black screen. Turn the dial on the left vat, and Marius will be revealed behind the black screen.

The Conveyor Belt

There are 3 targets to find in this area, and all 3 must be located to proceed. Before finding any of them, you need to use the series of conveyors to move the box off the screen to the right. Start by dragging the large switch upwards on the main building. Now press and hold the right arrow button followed by the down arrow button. Slide the left-right arrow lever to the far right and the box will disappear - a man in a chair will arrive next on the conveyor belt. Now you can find the 3 targets.

Engineer Eva: Standing in front of the large switch on the building.
Gaspar: Pull the hook down into the garbage pile on the right by dragging down the associated lever. Pull it back up to find Gaspar on the hook.
Old man's chair: Sitting on the conveyor belt once you have removed the first box.

The Factory

There are 29 targets to find in this area, and 23 must be located to proceed.

Plant: Find a garden near the northwest. There is a conveyor belt carrying plants just to its left, and this plant has fallen off the side.
Bruno: Go to the storage lockers to the south. Lift up the roller door just left of the "storage" sign to find Bruno inside.
Sigge: Just north of the middle find a group of people walking in place in front of a whole group of black screens. Sigge is standing just behind them near the right end.
Stokowski: In front of a large group of cars all facing the same way in the far southeast.
Muhammad: Just south of the middle, find a single layer 4x4 group of crates - Muhammad is jumping up and down in the middle of this.
Trainspotter Tara: Sitting in a box at the top of a ladder to the far east.
Bling-bling: Find 4 banks of lockers all lined up over towards the western part of the factory. Open the top locker, 3rd from right, in the second bank from the bottom.
Jasmin: Sitting on top of her car at the left end of the wrecked cars in the northeast.
Yoko: Find a large switch to slide upwards in the middle of the factory, then click on Yoko as she rides around on top of a box on a conveyor belt.
Daan: Standing in a puddle of water in front of a big bank of air conditioning units just west of the middle.
Hot Hira: To the right of the burning tires in the northeast.
Huy: Turn the valve just north of the banks of lockers in the western part of the factory. Huy will be revealed behind the showers that turn off.
Trash pusher Page: Find the group of tractors near the northeast pushing trash back and forwards. Find Page within the bottom row of tractors towards the left.
Mechanic Melisa: Find a square conveyor belt with two broken cars on it, towards the south-southwest. Press the large round button within the middle of the conveyor to get the cars moving, and find Melisa after she is uncovered by the first car moving.
Robby: Look for a group of tank treads stacked against a wall just southwest of the middle. Robby is sliding left and right on top of one of these.
Intern Ivo: There is a below-ground storage area to the southeast. Slide the control down on the crane just above this to knock a box out of the way and reveal Ivo.
Mermaid Arial: Look at the fluid-filled vats to the west. Find one with a shower filling it from directly above, and turn off its valve to reveal the mermaid.
Tammie: Find a stack of tires at the far southwest - Tammie is hidden within.
Nemo: The fish starts off in a narrow water tank to the far west. Turn the valve to make it appear in the nearby vat, then you can click on it.
Kiki: Find a trail of bananas near the southwest corner of the stacks of crates in the middle of the factory. Open the crate here to reveal Kiki.
Forklift spotter Sally: At the western part of the stacks of crates in the middle of the factory, look for a forklift with a flashing light on its roof. Pull down the switch just to the right to lower the forklift and reveal Sally behind it.
Toyoti: Find a car going backwards and forwards through a car wash at the far southeast. Click on the robotic arm to pull Toyoti out of the car as it goes past, then click on him.
Armless Ayaz: Look for a big round button in the ground near the train tracks on the far east. Press this, then click on Ayaz after he disembarks the train when it comes past next time.
Toma: Go to the far southwest, where Toma is waiting behind he car for a tire delivery. Open the doors on the back of the truck, then slide the lever to the right to get the tire, and then left to deliver it to the conveyor belt. Press and hold the large button to lower the missing segment of belt, and the tire will eventually be delivered to the car. Now you can click on Toma.
Mark: Find some train cars containing tires to the east, and follow the conveyor belt from here to the west. Drag the lever here to the right to drive the forklift to the end of the conveyor belt. Lower the nearby switch to lower the barrel from the forklift on to the belt. Wait until the barrel reaches the train car, then a lever will appear. Slide this right, then click on Mark.
Key: Find a security guard walking left and right in the area south of the banks of lockers to the west. Click on the key he is holding.
Glass ball: Search the eastern stacks of crates to find with a large lock symbol on it (top row). Click on this, then on the glass ball that is revealed.
Garden fork: Look on the ground in the gardens to the far north to find the fork to the left side of the top crops.
Burned sausage: Look for a frying pan on fire in the food market to the northwest. Click on this several times to find the burned sausage.

The Factory Riddle

To solve this level you need to move the large letters around to spell out the name of the game:

H: Starts on the left end of the main conveyor belt. Lift up the bottom left roller door and hold down the right arrow button to slide it into place.
I: Starts being held up by the left crane. Drag the lever down to lower it on to the conveyor belt.
D: Already in the right spot from the beginning.
D: Sliding past on the back conveyor belt. Click on the truck in the background to move it out of the way, then click on the right arrow button to change it to a down arrow - next time the D comes past it will change direction and slide into the correct spot.
E: Starts being held up by the right crane. Drag the large switch down to lower it on to the conveyor belt.
N: Press the button on top of the top-right building and the N will come around the corner. When it comes to a halt, press the down arrow button here to change it to a left arrow, and slide the big switch upwards to move it around and into position.
F: Click on the flashing black and white screen near the bottom, and the F will be lifted on to the nearby conveyor belt. Raise the middle of 3 adjacent roller doors, then click and hold the upper arrow button until the F reaches the main conveyor belt and slides into position.
O: Starts moving around a square conveyor belt near the bottom. Press the nearby down arrow to change it to an up arrow and it will start heading in the right direction. Now lift up the roller door to the right and hold down the up arrow button here to complete the journey.
L: On a short conveyor belt below the main one. Slide the nearby lever to the right to move a truck out of the way, then press and hold the left arrow button until the L is able to slide into position.
K: Already in the right spot from the beginning.
S: Drag the large lever on the right down to lower the missing conveyor belt segment into position. Now click and hold the nearby left arrow button until the S is well on its way.
